Careers Administrator
We are looking for an experienced person to be a member of the Careers Department at Mount Albert Grammar School. This position involves general administration work, as well as promotion of the Department to the student body and wider community. You will also be required to assist in organising major events such as the annual Careers Expo and tertiary providers’ visits.
You must be well organised. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook is desirable, as is an ability to use initiative.
This position is permanent, with a start date as soon as possible. The hours of work are 8am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, during Term time only.

Enrolment Officer
We are looking for an experienced person to join the Student Centre Staff at Mount Albert Grammar School to process and manage all student enrolments.
We require a person who is comfortable working with a range of people, both over the phone, by email and face to face.
Skills and experience required:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Competent with Excel and other Microsoft products
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Good attention to detail as duties includes oversight and monitoring of student enrolment documentation
The following attributes are desirable but not essential:
- Experience working in a school environment
- Experience with the KAMAR student management system
You must be well organised, have excellent inter-personal skills and an ability to use initiative.
The position is a permanent, full time position of 40 hours per week, term time only. There may be a requirement to work in the week before the beginning of the school year, the week after the end of the school year and during the term holidays, by arrangement.
