Premier 2 Netball team was one of the 6 MAGS teams playing in the North Harbour Netball tournament.
The Premier team won their division, beating Westlake Girls High School in the final.
MAGS second game of girls’ rugby as a ten a side team was played at Mount Roskill Grammar School to an enthusiastic audience from both schools.
MAGS winning the fixture 46 – 24.
The first half ended with the score at 17 – 10 to De la Salle College.
The final score 36 – 17 also to De la Salle College.
MAGS played Avondale College at Mount Albert Grammar School and were the first team to score. They scored two in the first half and MAGS scored in the last half.
Final score: 2 – 1 to Avondale.
MAGS played Kelston Boys High School at Mount Albert Grammar School.
One penalty to MAGS in the first half and an unconverted try to Kelston saw the final score: 4 – 2 to Kelston Boys.
Played at Mount Albert Grammar School the score was 3 – 7 at half time and 17 – 6 at full time, with a win to St Kentigern College.
MAGS played Macleans College at Mount Roskill Grammar Turf . The final score was 1 – 0 to Macleans.
MAGS played Massey High School at Mount Albert Grammar School scoring first.
This was soon equalized by Massey in the first half.
