A plucky Junior A team played in the NZSS Development tournament against older teams out at Fred Taylor Park in Whenuapai.
The team drew their first match but went on to win the rest of their games, including a 3-0 victory over Lynfield College in the final to claim the Kathy Seaward Trophy.
