Repairs to the Technology block after the small fire on October 4 are proceeding well, and all five classrooms are expected to be ready for classes from the first day of the new Term.
The fire, which was not suspicious, began in T4 but was quickly extinguished thanks to the prompt response of Property Manager Mr Frank Koenen and the Fire Service.
Mr Koenen said contractors had worked through the weekend to ensure repairs to T4 would be completed, and smoke effects to the rest of the block cleaned, ready for classes to resume on Monday, October 16.
Mr Koenen thanked all who had worked to repair the damage so quickly.
