BYOD Orientation for 2022

By January 29, 2021General News

Year 9 students should not bring their devices until they are scheduled for their BYOD orientation lesson as per a timetable to be published in late January. Orientation will take place for most year 9 classes during the first 12 days of Term 1.

Year 9 students will find out their mentor class name and date for their BYOD lesson on their first day: Wednesday 2 February. Students in Te Puna o Wairaka and SIAPO will also be told which class below applies to them for BYOD orientation on their first day.

New students in Years 10-13 should bring their device from their second day – Friday, 4 February – and come to ICT in L Block at interval or lunchtime or as directed by a teacher to access their logins and other BYOD information. Students at all levels will be expected to bring their own device to assist with learning in the classroom.
