Junior exams are run in the middle of each year to introduce Year 9 and 10 students to an exam environment.
In 2017 they will run from Monday-Friday 12-16 June.
Students will sit three exams during the week in English, Science and Social Studies. Each exam is 1 hour long and completed during normal class time.
Each student’s marks will go towards their Junior Graduation points. At the end of the year, Year 9 students receive a Junior Graduation Certificate of Achievement, which may be endorsed with Merit or Excellence. Year 10 students receive a Graduation Diploma, which may also be endorsed with Merit of Excellence.
Students received an exam preparation booklet in May to assist them in studying for their exams.
