After last weeks close loss to Avondale, MAGS were looking to turn the tide, away at Waitakere College. In the first half MAGS scored 5 unanswered tries through Kaleni Fraser (2), Sione Fifita, Sam Kasiano and Richard Pohahau. Lindsay Clark converted 3 from 3 and Collin Maue 1 from 1, from the side line. This meant the half time score was 28-0 to MAGS.

The second half carried on in the same fashion with another 4 unanswered tried to Julius Peau, another to Sam Kasiano, James Finlayson and Nepo Laulala. Lindsay Clark converted 2 from 3 and Collin Maue slotted another from the side line. This brought the final score to 50-0 to MAGS.
