C. R. Hemus

Claude Ronald "Ron" Hemus passed away on Sunday 17 August 2008 at the age of 89,  77 years after he first arrived at the school.

E.W. Wilson

Edward William Wilson's association with Mount Albert Grammar School lasted for over 30 years.

F.J. Douglas

Frank Douglas taught languages at the school for 35 years from 1968 until his retirement in 2003. He passed away on Monday 21 April 2008 at the age of 69.

L.M. Summers

Staff and students were greatly affected when Lynnette Summers, our Head of Drama, passed away suddenly on August 18, 2003.

S.R. Walker

Stuart Ronald Walker was an extraordinary teacher who loved teaching.

The School community was saddened to hear of the death at the age of 95 of G.L. (Dad) Weir, a 1922 foundation student, on 31 October 2003.
